My first real estate investment
I started investing in real estate when I was 25. I bought a duplex where I lived on one side and rented out the other side. The rent from my tenant covered almost my entire monthly mortgage payment, which made it a smart and affordable way to start building equity early.
That experience taught me a lot about finances, finding a tenant, and investing wisely. Now I love to help other people do the same.
